Celgene Corporation CELG rose 7.76 percent to $132.38 after the company announced its plans to acquire Receptos for $7.2 billion and lifted its earnings forecast for 2015. CymaBay Therapeutics Inc CBAY shares climbed 5.67 percent to $2.98 after the company priced 7.12 million shares at $2.81 per share. CSX Corporation CSX shares rose 2.59 percent to $32.90 after the company reported better-than-expected earnings for the second quarter of 2015. Bank of America Corp BAC shares gained 2.57 percent to $17.57 after the bank reported better-than-expected Q2 earnings.
