Natera Inc NTRA will be introduced to NASDAQ Thursday morning.
Natera, a top genetic testing company who specializes in developing non-invasive techniques for analyzing DNA, will be offering 10 million common shares at a price of $18, the higher end of expected price range of $17-$18. The company was initially offering 6 million shares at a price range of $15-$17.
Natera had sales of ~$179 million in the 12 months before April.
The initial public offering will be released for quotation at 10:10 a.m. ET and will begin trading at 10:25 a.m. ET.
