shares climbed 2.85 percent to $36.86 after the company reported that its CEO Dick Costolo, will resign as of July 1. Twitter also named Jack Dorsey its co-founder and current chairman, as interim CEO pending a more permanent replacement for Costolo. The company also reaffirmed its Q2 forecast for revenue of $470 million to $485 million and adjusted EBITDA of $97 million to $102 million.

shares rose 2.78 percent to $8.14 after the company reported additional data from a study of its glutaminase inhibitor CB-839.

shares jumped 2.07 percent to $5.92 after the company reported winning of a $10.4 million HHS contract for rapid advancement of Ebola test clinical development.
