Calithera Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ: CALA) shares climbed 2.27 percent to $8.10 in pre-market trading after the company reported additional data from a study of its glutaminase inhibitor CB-839.
Agios Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: AGIO) gained 1.31 percent to $124.20 in pre-market trading after the company reported new, final data from its Phase 1 multiple ascending dose study for AG-348, an investigational medicine for pyruvate kinase deficiency.
