It's Google Vs. Microsoft In India

Google Inc GOOG GOOGL has emerged as the most attractive employer in India, beating out Microsoft Corporation MSFT which had held the top ranking for the past four years, according to a report from NDTV.

The ranking was determined by Randstad though its annual survey on the attractiveness of employers.

The survey’s “top five influencing factors are salary and employee benefits (54 percent), long-term job security (49 percent), work-life balance (39 percent), pleasant working atmosphere (39 percent) and financial health of the company (38 percent),” according to the report.

Microsoft India was inducted into Randstad’s “Hall of Fame” while Sony Corp (ADR) SNE came in second place.

Google Inc recently traded at $542.22, up 0.53 percent, while Microsoft Corporation recently traded at $43.12, up 0.31 percent.
