US Stock Futures Rise Ahead Of Earnings - DuPont de Nemours (NYSE:DD), Biogen (NASDAQ:BIIB)

US stock futures traded higher in early pre-market trade. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average jumped 78.50 points to 18,021.50, while the Standard & Poor's 500 index futures rose 9.15 points to 2,100.15. Futures for the Nasdaq 100 index climbed 19.90 points to 4,427.40.

European markets were mostly higher today, with the Spanish Ibex Index rising 0.16 percent, STOXX Europe 600 Index gaining 0.35 percent and German DAX 30 index gaining 0.37 percent. French CAC 40 Index slipped 0.08 percent and London's FTSE 100 Index fell 0.14 percent. In Asian markets, Japan's Nikkei Stock Average rose 1.40 percent, China's Shanghai Composite Index climbed 1.82 percent, Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index gained 2.79 percent and India's BSE Sensex dipped 0.75 percent.
