shares dropped 5.35% to $99.26 after the company issued a weak outlook for the first quarter.

shares slipped 4.69% to $9.15 after the company reported a FQ4 loss of $26.7 million.

Arrowhead Research Corp.ARWR

shares fell 3.94% to $7.69. Jefferies downgraded Arrowhead Research from Buy to Hold.

J. C. Penney Company, Inc. JCP

slipped 1.38% to $9.27. JC Penney projected Q1 same-store sales growth in 3.5% to 4.5% range.

CSX Corp. CSX

tumbled 1.06% to $32.73. The railroad company is projected to post quarterly results today.
