shares declined 3.87% to $7.69 in pre-market trading. Jefferies downgraded Arrowhead Research from Buy to Hold.

CSX Corp. CSX

fell 2.66% to $32.20 in pre-market trading. The railroad company is projected to post quarterly results today.

Amarin Corporation plc AMRN

shares dropped 1.18% to $2.52 in pre-market after falling 1.54% on Monday.
