Adamis Pharmaceuticals Corporation ADMP fell 27.37% to $3.91 after the company reported that it has received a Complete Response Letter from the FDA for Epinephrine Pre-Filled Syringe NDA. BioDelivery Sciences International, Inc. BDSI shares slipped 24.47% to $10.49. BioDelivery Sciences reported that the primary endpoint in Phase 3 study of Clonidine Topical Gel for painful diabetic neuropathy did not met statistical significance. P&F Industries Inc. PFIN tumbled 9.21% to $7.00 after the company reported Q4 earnings of $0.56 per share on revenue of $17.9 million. Mylan N.V. MYL shares dropped 5.34% to $58.34 after the company announced the commencement of a 35 million share secondary offering of portion of Abbott's ordinary shares. American Shared Hospital Services AMS shares declined 3.20% to $2.42 after the company reported Q4 earnings of $0.01 per share on sales of $3.99 million. Breitburn Energy Partners L.P. BBEP shares dipped 2.8% to $5.73. EIG Global Energy Partners announced its plans to invest $1 billion in Breitburn Energy Partners. Wunderlich downgraded BreitBurn Energy Partners from Hold to Sell and lowered the price target from $9.00 to $4.00. Pan American Silver Corp. PAAS shares declined 2.41% to $8.91. Silver futures fell 1.66% to trade at $16.79 an ounce. Intel Corporation INTC dropped 1.31% to $31.58. According to a report from the Wall Street Journal, Altera Corp ALTR is in talks to be acquired by Intel.
