Kofax, Lexmark And Christopher & Banks Lead Tuesday's After-Hours Movers

Kofax Ltd. KFX gained nearly 36 percent in extended trading Tuesday on news that it agreed to be acquired by Lexmark International Inc. LXK for $11 in cash.

Lexmark, a printing and imaging company, changed hands following the acquisition announcement recently at $42.65, up nearly 5 percent.

Celladon Corp. CLDN picked up more than 4 percent in the extended session, trading at $25.59. The company agreed to have its prospective heart-failure drug Mydicar manufactured by France-based Novasep.

Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd. TRQ gained more than 4 percent to $3.22 after the company, with coal and molybdenum mines in Mongolia and Australia, posted fourth-quarter results.

Christopher & Banks Corp. CBK dropped more than 11 percent to $5.20 after the women's apparel retailer posted fourth-quarter results and an outlook.

EnLink Midstream Partners LP ENLK dipped more than 5 percent to $25.39 after it announced that a unit of its Devon Energy Corp. DVN affiliate will launch a public offering of 22.8 million units.

Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc. NSM declined nearly 5 percent in extended session trading to $29.61 on news it will offer 17.5 million shares to help finance the acquisition of $60 billion unpaid principal balance of mortgage servicing rights in process or under letters of intent.

EnerNOC, Inc. ENOC declined more than 4 percent to $11.05 in after-hours trading. The company, which provides software to electric utilities and end-users of energy, is slated to confer with analysts Wednesday.

Transportadora de Gas del Sur SA TGS fell nearly 5 percent to $5.21, extending earlier losses. The Brazil-based company didn't issue news. Earlier this month, rumors swirled that majority owner Petroleo Brasileiro SA PBR might sell its stake.

Novavax Inc. NVAX lost 4 percent in late trading, changing hands at $8.75. After the bell, the clinical-stage vaccine company said it will sell $175 million of its common stock in a public offering.
