Wednesday's After-Hours Movers: Shake Shack, Box And Others Fall Following Earnings

Zoe's Kitchen Inc ZOES gained nearly 4 percent in the after-hours session to $34 after it posted fourth-quarter earnings.

Men's Wearhouse Inc MW picked up more than 5 percent to $50 amid the company's fourth-quarter earnings.

Braskem SA BAK gained 3 percent to $7.26. Depositary receipts of the Brazillian petrocmeicals company closed down sharply on reports linking it to an ongoing corruption case concerning Petroleo Brasileiro Petrobras SA PBR.

Amarin Corp plc AMRN rose about 3 percent to $2.01, although the company didn't issue news. Ireland-based Amarin closed up about 4 percent and agreed last week to a $52 million private placement of restricted shares.

Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. ACAD sank more than 22 percent to $34.63, after the company delayed filing its new drug application for Nuplazid treatment for psychosis related to Parkinson's disease.

Box Inc BOX plunged more than 16 percent to $17.15 after the cloud storage company posted a wider-than-expected operating loss for its fourth quarter.

Petroquest Energy Inc PQ dropped more than 11 percent to $22.22, after the oil and gas company said it will seek to raise capital through a public offering of 10 million shares.

Shake Shack Inc SHAK shook off 6 percent to $43.92 after posting its first quarterly report following its initial public offering.

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts KKD also dunked 6 percent to $19.10 after the company missed fourth-quarter expectations.

Baytex Energy Corp. BTE dropped 4 percent to $13.71 after it said it agreed to sell 28.8 million shares at $17.35 in a bought deal offering.
