PRTA ticked up more than 3 percent to $28 when the Ireland-based biotech company provided financial guidance and fourth-quarter results. Checkpoint Systems, Inc. CKP lost 18 percent to $10.90 on disappointing quarterly results. Conatus Pharmaceuticals Inc. CNAT fell 16 percent to $5.63 in the after-hours session.
