Pandora Media, Inc.P shares dropped 18.69% to $14.97 in pre-market trading after the company announced weaker-than-expected financial results for the fourth quarter and issued a weak revenue outlook. Active listeners were 81.5 million at the end of the fourth quarter of 2014, a rise of 7% from 76.2 million in the year-ago period. Yelp, Inc. YELP shares declined 14.04% to $49.40 in pre-market trading. Yelp reported upbeat earnings Thursday, but its local accounts fell from the third quarter. Yelp said active local business accounts at December 31 numbered 84,000. That's down from 86,200 it posted at the end of the third quarter. GoPro, Inc. GPRO shares fell 12.10% to $47.79 in pre-market trading after the company reported better than expected Q4 results. The company issued a weak current-quarter profit forecast and announced the resignation of its COO Nina Richardson. Expedia Inc. EXPE shares dropped 8.53% to $80.49 in pre-market trading after the company reported downbeat earnings for the fourth quarter. Activision Blizzard, Inc. ATVI fell 7.88% to $20.10 in pre-market trading. Activision Blizzard reported upbeat quarterly earnings. However, the company's revenue missed analysts' estimates. The company also issued a weak outlook.
