Apple Shares Shrug On iPod Court Victory

Shares of Apple Inc AAPL shrugged at its court victory Tuesday with the stock almost unchanged following the announcement.

The status of the case became more uncertain last week as the the final remaining plaintiff had not actually purchased an iPod during the timeframe specified in the suit.

The judge allowed the case to move forward and on Tuesday the jury found that Apple had not violated anti-trust laws and that the restrictions on the iPod models were “genuine product improvements,” according to a Bloomberg report.

Apple Inc recently traded at $108.41, up 0.17 percent.
