The top performer in this industry was SinoCoking Coal and Coke Chemical Industries SCOK, which gained 10%. SinoCoking reported that it had begun construction of its second aboveground syngas facility. Regional Airlines: This industry jumped 1.40% by 10:30 am. The top performer in this industry was Hawaiian Holdings HA, which rose 6.8%. CRT Capital raised its price target on Hawaiian from $27 to 31. Cement: This industry rose 1.30% by 10:30 am ET. The top performer in this industry was James Hardie Industries plc JHX, which gained 2.7%. James Hardie shares have dropped 5.05% over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has surged 16.21% in the same period. Oil & Gas Pipelines: This industry moved up 1.07% by 10:30 am. The top performer in this industry was Enbridge ENB, which gained 10% on announcement of restructuring plan and dividend increase.
