Hawaiian Electric Industries HE shares jumped 16.31% to touch a new 52-week high of $32.79 after NextEra Energy NEE announced its plans to buy Hawaiian Electric in a transaction valued at approximately $4.3 billion. Enbridge ENB shares reached a new 52-week high of $53.70 on announcement of restructuring plan and dividend increase.
