AT&T to Acquire Mexico Wireless Provider Iusacell for $2.5BThe Deal

announced Friday, an agreement with Grupo Salinas to acquire Mexican wireless company Iusacell for $2.5 billion, including all of Iusacell's wireless properties, licenses, network assets, retail stores and approximately 8.6 million subscribers. The acquisition will occur following the closing of Grupo Salinas' purchase of the other 50 percent of Iusacell that it does not currently own. AT&T closed Friday at $34.91, a gain of $0.19.
Estée Lauder to Acquire Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle

announced Friday, that it has signed an agreement to acquire Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle. Terms of the deal, expected to close in January 2015, were not disclosed. Estée Lauder closed Friday at $72.58, a gain of 1%.
Watts Water Acquires AERCO in $264.5MThe Deal

AERCO International announced Friday, that they are being acquired by Watts Water Technologies, Inc.

for $264.5 million in cash. The deal is expected to close before the end of this year. Watts Water Technologies shares closed Friday at $63.40, a gain of more than 2%.
