The worst performing industries in the market today are: Electronics Stores: This industry tumbled 3.55% by 10:30 am. The worst stock within the industry was Best Buy Co BBY, which fell 6%. Best Buy reported better-than-expected earnings for the second quarter. However, the company's revenue missed analysts' estimates. Internet Service Providers: The industry dropped 1.58% by 10:30 am. The worst performer in this industry was Internet Initiative Japan IIJI, which declined 3%. Internet Initiative Japan shares have dropped 28.46% over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has jumped 22.54% in the same period. Publishing - Books: This industry declined 1% by 10:30 am, with Pearson plc PSO moving down 1.3%. Pearson's trailing-twelve-month ROE is 4.83%. Music & Video Stores: This industry fell 0.88% by 10:30 am ET. Genius Brands International GNUS shares dropped 11% in today's trading.
