Darden Restaurants Hires Recruiter To Assist In Hunt For New CEO

Darden Restaurants DRI has hired a recruiting company, Russell Reynolds Associates, to assist the company in finding a new CEO.

Darden announced recently that its current CE), Clarence Otis Jr., would step down from his position as of December 31, 2014. The parent company of Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse,and other casual restaurants announced it would be appointing Charles Ledsinger Jr. as independent board chairman until the end of Otis' term as CEO.
