Blackhawk Network (NASDAQ: HAWK) shares are trending up Wednesday after the company agreed to provide gift card services as part of Amazon's newly-launched Wallet app.

Terms weren't disclosed.

Blackhawk manages a prepaid payment network providing gift cards, other prepaid products and payment services.

Amazon Wallet was launched last week and is pre-installed on the Amazon Fire phone.
