Informatica (NASDAQ: INFA) shares reached a new 52-week low of $30.082 after the company reported quarterly results and lowered its FY14 earnings forecast. Baird downgraded Informatica from Outperform to Neutral and lowered the price target from $45.00 to $36.00.

Brightcove (NASDAQ: BCOV) shares touched a new 52-week low of $6.48 after the company issued a weak outlook. RBC Capital downgraded Brightcove from Outperform to Sector Perform and lowered the price target from $13.00 to $9.00.

National Bankshares (NASDAQ: NKSH) shares fell 1.92% to reach a new 52-week low of $29.60 on Q2 results. National Bankshares posted quarterly net income of $4.11 million.

Acxiom (NASDAQ: ACXM) shares dropped 1.94% to touch a new 52-week low of $18.99. Acxiom is expected to issue its fiscal first-quarter earnings on August 4, 2014.
