Brightcove (NASDAQ: BCOV) tumbled 38.95% to $6.27 after the company issued a weak outlook. RBC Capital downgraded Brightcove from Outperform to Sector Perform and lowered the price target from $13.00 to $9.00.

Aware (NASDAQ: AWRE) shares fell 26.85% to $4.85. On Tuesday, Aware reported Q2 earnings of $0.04 per share on revenue of $6.80 million.

WellCare Health Plans (NYSE: WCG) dropped 21.52% to $60.31 after the company reported a Q2 loss of $0.07 per share and lowered its FY14 forecast. Wells Fargo downgraded WellCare Health Plans from undefined to Market Perform.

Swift Transportation Company (NYSE: SWFT) shares declined 14.80% to $21.99 on Q2 results.

Informatica (NASDAQ: INFA) shares tumbled 13.94% to $30.06 after the company reported quarterly results and lowered its FY14 earnings forecast. Baird downgraded Informatica from Outperform to Neutral and lowered the price target from $45.00 to $36.00.

Pandora Media (NYSE: P) shares fell 13.82% to $24.75 after the company announced slower than expected growth metrics. Pandora's earnings beat the official analyst estimate by $0.01 per share at $0.04 per share. The company also raised its full-year forecast.

CYREN (NASDAQ: CYRN) slipped 13.81% to $2.31 after the company announced a registered direct offering of ordinary shares and warrants.

Maxim Integrated Products (NASDAQ: MXIM) shares slipped 13.39% to $28.53 after the company reported downbeat quarterly results and issued a weak Q1 forecast.

Encore Wire (NASDAQ: WIRE) shares fell 11.60% to $43.60 on quarterly results.

Amazon.com (NASDAQ: AMZN) shares declined 11.52% to $317.30 after the company reported a wider-than-expected loss for the second quarter. For the third quarter, Amazon projected sales of $19.7 billion to $21.5 billion. Analysts at B Riley downgraded Amazon from Buy to Neutral and lowered the target price from $425 to $350.

Lattice Semiconductor (NASDAQ: LSCC) dropped 9.47% to $6.69 after the company issued a downbeat Q3 revenue forecast.
