Silicon Motion Technology SIMO reached a new 52-week high of $22.30 after the company raised its Q2 revenue forecast. The company is expected to release its full Q2 results on July 28, 2014. BioDelivery Sciences International BDSI shares rose 14.45% to touch a new 52-week high of $13.72 on positive top-line Phase III results. Applied Materials AMAT shares touched a new 52-week high of $23.28 after JP Morgan upgraded the stock from Neutral to Overweight and lifted the target price from $19 to $30.
