TigerLogic (NASDAQ: TIGR) fell 9.40% to $1.35. TigerLogic is expected to report its Q4 financial results on June 27, 2014.

KNOT Offshore Partners LP (NYSE: KNOP) tumbled 6.72% to $27.75 after the company priced public offering of 4.6 million common units at $28.43 per unit.

Carnival (NYSE: CCL) shares declined 1.67% to $38.75 after the company reported its Q2 earnings of $0.10 per share and raised its forecast.
