The education sector is red in mid-day trading Thursday after Corinthian Colleges (NASDAQ: COCO) filed a report Thursday morning with the SEC highlighting a concern over the company's staying power.

In the 8-K filed the company highlighted the shortfall in its cash flow that would require a bridge loan for the company to no longer be a going-concern.
