Facebook Website Outage Locks Out Users, Stock Price Remains Flat

Facebook FB reportedly experienced trouble Thursday morning with the website, smartphone and tablet apps.

The site reportedly wouldn't allow users to log-in for a period of 15 minutes.

The outage was the longest since September 2010 when the site was down for 2.5 hours.

The platform outage may explain why the stock is down 0.20 percent in the premarket trading $65.47.
