OpenTable (NASDAQ: OPEN) surged 47.66% to $104.00 after Priceline announced its plans to buy OpenTable for $103 per share.

Express (NYSE: EXPR) shares climbed 21.77% to $16.50 on Sycamore stake and potential acquistion. Sycamore Partners said Thursday that it is interested in acquiring Express. Sycamore has already acquired a 9.9% stake in Express, according to a regulatory filing.

InterCloud Systems (NASDAQ: ICLD) shares rose 21.36% to $7.50 after the company announced that it has become a VMware (NYSE: VMW) partner and has opened a new sales office in New England. Aegis Capital initiated Intercloud Systems with a Buy rating.

Yelp (NYSE: YELP) climbed 10.28% to $72.61 following the report of OpenTable (NASDAQ: OPEN) bid by Priceline (NASDAQ: PCLN).

Multi-Color (NASDAQ: LABL) gained 9.30% to $38.43 after the company reported Q4 earnings of $0.68 per share on revenue of $193.50 million.

LiveDeal (NASDAQ: LIVE) shares gained 8.42% to $4.12 after Priceline agreed to buy OpenTable.

Conatus Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: CNAT) shares rose 5.84% to $8.16 after tumbling 18.67% on Thursday.

Groupon (NASDAQ: GRPN) climbed 4.33% to $6.27 after Priceline announced its plans to buy OpenTable for $2.6 billion.

China Digital TV Holding Co (NYSE: STV) shares increased 4.23% to $3.94 after the company announced its plans to buy stake in Tongda.
