Goldman Sachs on Thursday released a note upgrading CONSOL Energy (NYSE: CNX) from Neutral to Buy with a price target increase of $6 (from $49 to $55); the firm downgraded Peabody Energy (NYSE: BTU) from Buy to Neutral with a price target decrease of $5 (from $21 to $16).

Following the release of this note, shares of CONSOL have been trading up ~0.5 percent at ~$47.64; shares of Peabody have dropped ~1.99 percent to ~16.24.
