Methes Energies International MEIL shares fell 29.23% to $2.01 after the company announced the pricing of public offering of common stock. Rio Alto Mining RIOM declined 12.24% to $1.72 after the company and Sulliden agreed to combine their respective businesses. 1347 Property Insurance Holdings PIH slipped 11.18% to $8.50 after the company filed to sell $25.3 million in common stock. MGC Diagnostics MGCD slipped 8.15% to $9.90 after the company appointed Todd Austin as CEO and Wesley Winnekins as COO. Thompson Creek Metals Company TC shares slipped 7.89% to $2.57 as the company announced an exchange offer for its 6.50% tangible equity units. PetSmart PETM shares declined 6.62% to $58.08 after the company reported Q1 earnings of $1.04 per share on revenue of $1.73 billion and lowered its FY14 earnings forecast. Intuit INTU dipped 3.10% to $74.46 after the company issued downbeat forecast for the fourth quarter. Intuit posted a profit of $984 million, or $3.39 per share on revenue of $2.39 billion in fiscal third quarter. Hormel Foods HRL dipped 3.07% to $47.04 after the company reported weaker-than-expected fiscal second-quarter earnings.
