Morning Market Losers

LifeLock LOCK shares slipped 12.94% to $11.30. Form 8-K from Lifelock showed that the company has temporarily suspended wallet mobile app. AstraZeneca PLC AZN tumbled 10.36% to $71.96 after the company's board rejected the new $119 billion takeover offer from Pfizer PFE. Kamada KMDA shares declined 6.06% to $8.53 after the company reported preliminary results from Phase II/III pivotal trial. Campbell Soup Company CPB fell 3.79% to $43.41 after the company reported a rise in its fiscal third-quarter earnings and cut its FY14 forecast. AT&T T shares tumbled 2.07% to $35.98 after the company announced its plans to buy DirecTV DTV for $48.5 billion, or $95 per share.
