Stocks Hitting 52-Week Highs

Mondelez International MDLZ shares touched a new 52-week high of $38.00 after the company announced its plans to combine their coffee businesses with D.E. Master Blenders 1753 B.V and also announced a $3.5 billion corporate restructuring plan. Electronic Arts EA shares reached a new 52-week high of $32.80 after the company reported stronger-than-expected fiscal fourth-quarter results. EA reported its adjusted earnings of $0.48 per share on revenue of $1.12 billion. However, analysts were expecting earnings of $0.11 per share on revenue of $812.4 million. Pepco Holdings POM shares touched a new 52-week high of $27.53 after the company posted a profit in the first quarter. Cimarex Energy Co XEC shares reached a new 52-week high of $129.72 on better-than-expected Q1 results. The company also signed an agreement to acquire Cana-Woodford assets for $249 million.
