Magnegas (NASDAQ: MNGA) shares fell 19.54% to $1.73 after the company announced a definitive deal for financing of $5 million in gross proceeds and announced its plans to issue 2 million shares of stock and Series C Preferred shares.

Intellicheck Mobilisa (NYSE: IDN) shares fell 19.02% to $1.32 after the company reported Q4 results. Intellicheck Mobilisa posted a quarterly net loss of $600,000 or $0.02 per share.

Himax Technologies (NASDAQ: HIMX) tumbled 9.68% to $12.09 after falling 4.77% on Monday. Bank of America downgraded the stock to underperform.

Microvision (NASDAQ: MVIS) shares fell 8.18% to $2.19. Microvision jumped 18.07% on Monday on deal to supply UPS with custom PicoP display modules for package guidance application.

G-III Apparel Group (NASDAQ: GIII) tumbled 7.84% to $68.62 on Q4 results. G-III Apparel reported its Q4 earnings of $0.62 per share on revenue of $472.80 million. The company expected FY15 earnings of $3.95 to $4.10 per share, versus analysts' estimates of $4.30 per share.

Carnival (NYSE: CCL) shares dropped 2.93% to $38.83 after the company reported Q1 results. Carnival reported its Q1 earnings of $0.00 per share on revenue of $3.585 billion.

Corporate Resource Services (NASDAQ: CRRS) shares declined 2.16% to $2.76 after the company reported that it will delay its Q4 earnings announcement for March 26, 2014.
