Symantec (NASDAQ: SYMC) fell 9.59% to $18.90 in pre-market trading after the company fired President and Chief Executive Steve Bennett and appointed director Michael Brown as interim president and CEO.

China Mobile Games and Entertainment Group (NASDAQ: CMGE) dipped 5.84% to $23.88 in pre-market trading after the company priced its follow-on public offering of 3,442,000 American depositary shares at $24.00 per ADS.

Tiffany & Co (NYSE: TIF) dipped 3.70% to $87.80 in the pre-market session after the company posts downbeat Q4 earnings and issued a weak outlook.

Nike (NYSE: NKE) shares dropped 3.49% to $76.50 in pre-market trading after the company issued a cautious forecast for 2015 earnings. Nike posted its quarterly adjusted profit of $0.73 per share on revenue of $6.97 billion.
