America's Car-Mart (NASDAQ: CRMT) shares touched a new 52-week low of $35.96 after the company reported downbeat quarterly results.

Meadowbrook Insurance Group (NYSE: MIG) shares reached a new 52-week low of $5.405 after the company reported a Q4 net loss of $11.9 million, versus a year-ago profit of $38.0 million. The company also named Roger S. Walleck as its Chief Underwriting Officer.
