Care.com Prices 5.35M Share IPO at $17.00/Share

today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,350,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $17.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “CRCM” on Friday, January 24, 2014. In addition, Care.com has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 802,500 shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
