XenoPort to Offer 10M Shares Common Stock

XenoPort

announced today that it intends to offer and sell 10,000,000 shares of its common stock, subject to market and other conditions, in an underwritten public offering. XenoPort also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to a maximum of 1,500,000 additional shares of common stock. All of the shares in the proposed public offering are to be sold by XenoPort.
