WiLAN, Toshiba Agree to End Patent Litigation

Wi-LAN WILN today announced that Toshiba Corporation TOSBF and WiLAN have agreed to end pending litigation in Florida between the parties concerning certain television patents. As part of the agreement, Toshiba will receive a license to certain WiLAN patents. All other terms of the agreement are confidential.
