TCP Capital Prices Upsized 4.5M Share Offering at $16.00/Share

TCP Capital TCPC today announced that it has priced the public offering of 4.5 million shares of its common stock at $16.00 per share for total gross proceeds of approximately $72 million. The offering was upsized from its announced offering size of 3.75 million shares. The Company has granted the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 675,000 shares of common stock. The offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close on or about December 18, 2013. The offering of the shares will be made under the Company's shelf registration statement, which was filed with, and declared effective by, the Securities and Exchange Commission.
