Tower Group to Restate Financial Statements

Tower Group International TWGP announced today that it had reached a determination to restate its previously-filed audited annual consolidated financial statements as of and for the years ended December 31, 2011 and 2012 contained in Amendment No. 1 to Tower's Annual Report on Form 10-K which was filed on March 13, 2013 (the “2012 Form 10-K/A”), and that such financial statements should no longer be relied upon.
