In roughly four weeks, consumers from all across America will stay up late, fight through massive crowds and endure atrociously long lines to save a few bucks.
If you are one of the millions of consumers who intend to do just that, start your Black Friday journey by perusing this list of hot deals that are already popping up online.
Some of them begin before Black Friday even arrives.
iPad Air
Who needs Black Friday for a great deal on
Apple'sAAPL newly-released iPad?
The 16GB Wi-Fi-only iPad Air has an MSRP of $499.
Wal-MartWMT decided to undercut other retailers by $20 and sell the device for $479.
According to the
LA Times,
Best BuyBBY,
TargetTGT and
StaplesSPLS will match that price.

In fact, Target has already adjusted the price,
but only online. Staples has
done the same.
As of this writing, Best Buy has not
adjusted the price of the iPad Air. But customers who request the price match (and show proof of Wal-Mart's reduction) will receive the $20 savings.
Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation NetworkGameStopGME appears to have some promising deals lined up for November 29.
According to a leaked ad obtained by
Kotaku, GameStop will sell an Xbox 360 bundle (which includes a 250GB console,
Halo 4 and
Tomb Raider) for $199.
There's a PlayStation 3 bundle with a comparable hard drive, the critically acclaimed game
and a copy of
Batman Arkham Origins.
Better still, GameStop will sell a full-year subscription to PlayStation Plus (which normally retails for $49.99 and is required to play games online with PlayStation 4) for $29.99.

Want the cheapest tablet available?
Black Friday Sniper claims that the seven-inch Kindle Fire HD (the standard tablet -- not to be confused with the Kindle Fire HDX) is likely to receive a $20 price cut on Black Friday.
If true, the cheapest iteration would drop from $139 to $119.
Who could resist a tablet at that price?
PlayStation 4 GamesSony'sSNE new console isn't even out yet, but the games are already set to receive a discount.
According to an ad scan obtained by
BFAds.net, Target will offer a 'buy two, get one free' deal on PlayStation 4 games.
The deal starts on Sunday, November 10 and includes (but may not be limited to)
Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag,
Battlefield 4,
FIFA 14,
Killzone Shadow Fall,
Knack,
Madden NFL 25 and
NBA 2K14.

Though it may not be discounted, the word on the street is that
GoogleGOOG will release a new 10-inch tablet after all.
According to the
International Business Times, the 2013 Nexus 10 could be released on or around Black Friday.
Expect at least one retailer to try and lure customers with some kind of special offer -- a gift card, a free accessory, or some other treat.
