GeoInvesting Responds to L&L's Response, Says 'Stands by Conclusions'

Today, GeoInvesting issued a research report titled "GeoInvesting Blows the Whistle on L&L Energy" detailing multiple findings regarding L&L's misrepresentation of its business. L&L LLEN subsequently issued a response to our report today indicating that they: "...are forming a special committee with counsel's guidance to fully investigate this allegation." GeoInvesting stands by its conclusions and will offer our assistance to any truly independent special committee in reviewing the evidence we have gathered, once we have completed the joint review of our evidence with the SEC, NASDAQ and any other regulatory body.
