PKN To Buy TriOil Resources For $177M

Poland's refiner PKN Orlen agreed to acquire Canadian company TriOil Resources TRIAF for 563 million zlotys ($177.43 million). PKN will acquire 100% of TriOil Resources for C$2.85 per share. TriOil Resources shares closed at $2.96 on Friday.
