European-Union New Car Registrations Decline 5.9% In May

New car registrations in the Europe dropped 5.9% to 1.04 million units in May, ACEA reported. PSA new car registrations declined 13.2% in May, while General Motors Co GM reported an 11.3% fall in registrations. Fiat's registrations declined 10.8%, while Renault reported a 10% drop. New car registrations for Toyota Motor TM declined 4.9%, while Volkswagen AG VLKAY had a 2.8% drop.
