Vanguard Natural Resources Closes on Public Offering of 7M Units at $28.35/Unit

(the “Company”) closed its previously announced public offering of 7,000,000 common units representing limited liability company interests in the Company at a price of $28.35 per common unit. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,050,000 common units from the Company at the public offering price less the underwriting discount. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering of approximately $190.9 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses, to repay a portion of its indebtedness outstanding under its senior secured revolving credit facility.
