US Stock Futures Up Ahead Of Existing Home Sales Data

US stock futures are higher this morning, as investors are awaiting housing data. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average jumped 74 points to 14,544.00 and S&P 500 index futures rose 9.20 points to 1,556.80. Nasdaq 100 futures gained 20.75 points to 2,789.00. US stocks closed higher on Friday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average gaining 0.07% to 14,547.51, the S&P 500 index surging 0.88% to 1,555.25 and the Nasdaq 100 index rising 1.25% to 3,206.06. The Chicago Fed National Activity Index for March will be released at 8:30 a.m. ET, while existing home sales data for March will be released at 10:00 a.m. ET. Caterpillar
