Cohen & Steers Raises Qtr. Dividend from $0.18 to $0.20/Share

Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) announced that its Board of Directors declared the company's cash dividend for the first quarter of 2013 in the amount of $0.20 per share of common stock, increasing the dividend by $0.02 per share from the prior quarter's dividend.  The dividend will be payable on April 12, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 27, 2013.
