today announced that it has finalized an agreement with French company, OPTA-PERIPH, allowing OPTA-PERIPH to incorporate the Vergence® GasPT2 device into their industry leading, patented Liquid Natural Gas ("LNG") Probe & Vaporizing Units.  The combination of these two unique technologies will result in a real-time, cost effective LNG Quality Tracker, with features that are currently unavailable in the marketplace.
