Airgas Buys Assets, Operations of Four Businesses

, the largest U.S. supplier of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, and related products, today announced that it has acquired the assets and operations of four businesses that complement the Airgas portfolio of products and services. Combined annual revenues for the four acquired businesses are approximately $20 million. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
