KCAP Financial Raises Qtr. Dividend from $0.24 to $0.28/Share

The Board of Directors of KCAP Financial, Inc.

approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per share of common stock for the quarter ended December 31, 2012. The dividend is payable on January 28, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business as of December 28, 2012.
