Universal Display, LG Renew Supply Agreement Thru At Least Oct. 31st, 2013

In a Form 8-K from late last night, Universal Display and LG Display announced an extension of the supply agreement through October 31, 2013. Thereafter, the agreement shall automatically renew for additional twelve month periods, unless terminated as provided for under the terms of the agreement.
